AirFellow includes built-in parental controls designed to keep younger travellers safe and your data private.
Analytics Off by Default
When Parental Controls mode is active, PostHog and Sentry are automatically disabled. No usage events or crash reports are sent — ever. This meets COPPA requirements.
In-App Purchases Hidden
Parental Controls mode removes all paywall prompts, purchase buttons, and upgrade screens. Kids get full access to the free tier with no upsell.
Cabin-Only Visibility
AirFellow only connects to people within Bluetooth range — ~10m. Your child can only see and chat with people physically on the same aircraft. Nobody outside.
Messages Disappear on Landing
All chat messages are stored locally and automatically deleted when the flight session ends. No chat history. No data on our servers.
Report & Mute Controls
Long-press any message to mute or report a user. Muted users are hidden for the rest of the flight. You stay in control.
Age Rating: 13+
