By downloading or using AirFellow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who May Use AirFellow
AirFellow is for users 13 years of age or older. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 13 may only use AirFellow with explicit parental supervision and with Parental Controls enabled.
2. What AirFellow Is
AirFellow is an offline Bluetooth (BLE) application for connecting with other passengers on your flight. It provides:
- An anonymous cabin radar showing nearby AirFellow users
- In-cabin broadcast chat and direct messaging
- 6 multiplayer games (some require AirFellow Pro)
- A flight log
All communication is peer-to-peer via Bluetooth. No messages are routed through our servers. We cannot access, read, or moderate messages.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use AirFellow to:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Send illegal, obscene, or harmful content
- Impersonate other passengers or airline staff
- Attempt to interfere with other devices or AirFellow’s BLE operation
- Use the app in a way that violates applicable law
Violations may result in being reported to relevant authorities.
4. Anonymous Chat & User Conduct
Because AirFellow is anonymous and offline, we cannot actively moderate content. You are responsible for your own conduct. We provide mute and report tools — if you feel unsafe, use them and contact airline staff.
5. In-App Purchases
AirFellow Pro and other purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are subject to their respective terms. We offer lifetime (non-consumable) purchases only — no subscriptions.
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Restore purchases is available across your devices signed into the same App Store / Google Play account.
6. Intellectual Property
AirFellow and its content (logo, UI, code, games) are owned by José Correia. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of AirFellow without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
AirFellow is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that:
- The app will be available continuously or error-free
- Bluetooth will work on all aircraft or devices
- Other users will behave appropriately
We are not responsible for content sent by other users via the BLE mesh.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirFellow’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for AirFellow Pro (or €5 if you have not made a purchase).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland, unless applicable consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the “Last updated” date above.
